Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. was an American actress known for portraying strong but vulnerable characters. Linney is a member of a theatre family her father was a playwright, Romulus Linney. Linney graduated from Brown University, and then was able to continue her studies at Arts Theatre School Moscow. New York City was her first destination in the year 1990. She immediately began performing in shows on Broadway before receiving acclaim from her role in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
